All prices are in US dollars, and our website uses Authorize.Net, a leading online payment gateway program, enabling you to pay securely with your Amex, Mastercard or Visa.

SALES TAX

Éléphant is located in New York state; therefore, all orders placed within New York will be charged sales NY sales tax. All orders placed outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.

SHIPPING

We offer three UPS shipping options within the continental US:
UPS Ground Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

Shipping will be calculated on checkout based on weight and zip code.

We also offer messenger service in Manhattan for $20.00

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition it was sold, with tags still attached.(AND HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED)

Initial shipping and handling charges are non refundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale/discounted items are non-returnable, final sales.

To return or exchange an item please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the same card sed to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited

GIFT WRAPPING

We can do a gift box with our sticker and beautiful ribbon. We can also include a note or message. We charge $6.00 for this service.

The colors of the clothes on our website are shown as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
